This article explains how to send a Personality Survey or Work Style Survey through the Imprint Analytics dashboard.
1. Open the Send Survey Menu Click Send Survey in the upper‑right corner of your dashboard. This opens the configuration panel where you can choose the type of survey you want to send.
2. Choose the Survey Type You can select one or both of the following:
- Personality Survey
- Work Style Survey
If you want the survey responses to remain anonymous, open Advanced Settings and toggle Confidential Survey to ON.
3. Copy the Survey Link Once your settings are configured, click Copy Survey Link. You can now paste and send this link to the person who needs to complete the survey.
4. What the Respondent Sees Anyone who opens the link will be taken to a screen where they can begin the survey. They will be asked to enter:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Job Title
- Email Address
After entering their details, they will receive a verification email. They must open this message and click the verification link before they can begin the survey.
5. Start the Survey Once the email is verified, the respondent can begin the Personality Survey, Work Style Survey, or both—depending on what you configured.
