Survey results give you a detailed view of how each contact responded to your personality or cognitive survey. You can view results both from the Survey Submissions list and directly from a contact's profile.
Accessing Survey Results
There are two ways to access individual survey results:
- From Survey Submissions: Click Survey Submissions in the left sidebar. Click on any row in the submissions table to open the full results for that submission.
- From a Contact's Profile: Navigate to Participants, find the contact, and open their profile to see their personality results directly.
What You'll See in a Survey Result
When you open an individual submission, you'll see the following information:
Profile Card
At the top of the page, the profile card displays:
- The contact's name and email address
- Their assigned personality profile type (e.g., Facilitator, Architect, Chameleon)
- The survey name and submission date
Dimension Scores
The Dimension Scores chart visualizes the respondent's scores across four key behavioral dimensions:
- Self Direction (A) — How independently or collaboratively the person prefers to work. Ranges from Accommodating to Independent.
- Sociability (B) — How comfortable they are in social and interpersonal settings. Ranges from Reserved to Expressive.
- Patience (C) — Their preferred work tempo. Ranges from Urgent to Steady.
- Formality (D) — Their preference for structure, process, and order. Ranges from Flexible to Precise.
Each dimension is plotted on a scale from 0–10. The chart also shows which row (A–D) corresponds to each score, helping you understand where the person falls within their profile pattern.
Additional Score Bars
Below the chart, three additional scores provide deeper insight:
- Behavioral Range (BR) — How much variability the person shows in their behavior across situations. Ranges from Stressed to Bored.
- Composure (CO) — Emotional regulation and analytical thinking under pressure. Ranges from Emotional to Logical.
- Abstract Thought (AT) — Creative and conceptual thinking versus concrete, practical thinking. Ranges from Concrete to Abstract.
Submission Details
The right-hand panel shows:
