If your account has access to multiple teams or organizations, you can switch between them at any time. Each team has its own dashboard, contacts, survey submissions, job roles, and settings — switching teams gives you a completely separate workspace.
What Is a Team?
A team in Imprint Analytics represents a distinct organization or client account. If you work with multiple companies or departments, each one may be set up as its own team. All data — surveys, contacts, positions, and results — is scoped to the active team.
How to Switch Teams
- Look for the team name badge in the blue header bar at the very top of the page (e.g., "Acme Corp").
- Click on the team name badge to open the Teams dropdown.
- A list of all teams you have access to will appear.
- Click on the team you want to switch to.
- The page will reload to show data for the selected team — a confirmation message will briefly appear at the bottom of the screen.
What Changes When You Switch Teams
Once you switch to a different team, the entire application updates to reflect that team's data:
- Dashboard — Surveys, positions, contacts, and top matches all update to show only that team's data.
- My Organization — Job roles and units are specific to each team.
- Survey Submissions — Only submissions belonging to the active team are shown.
- Participants — The contacts listed under General, Candidates, and Employees reflect the active team.
Who Can Access Multiple Teams?
Access to multiple teams depends on your account permissions. If you only see one team in the dropdown, your account is currently set up for a single organization. Contact your administrator or Imprint Analytics support if you believe you should have access to additional teams.
Tips
- The currently active team is always shown in the blue header bar at the top of every page.
- You can switch teams at any time from any page in the app.
- Switching teams does not affect any data — it simply changes which organization's data you are viewing.
