To get started with Imprint Analytics, you will need an account. Accounts are created through an invitation from your team administrator. This guide walks you through joining a team, logging in, and recovering access if you forget your password.
Joining Imprint Analytics
New accounts are created when a team administrator invites you:
- You will receive an invitation email with a link to join the team.
- Click the link in the email to open the registration page.
- Enter your name and create a password.
- Click Accept Invitation to complete setup.
- You will be logged in automatically and taken to the Dashboard.
If you have not received an invitation, contact your team administrator to request one.
Interested in Imprint Analytics?
If your organization does not yet have an Imprint Analytics account, you can join the waitlist:
- Visit the Imprint Analytics registration page.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Click Join the Waitlist.
- Our team will review your request and reach out when your account is ready.
Logging In
To log in to your existing Imprint Analytics account:
- Navigate to the Imprint Analytics login page.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Sign In.
- You will be taken to the Dashboard for your team.
Forgot Your Password?
If you cannot remember your password:
- On the login page, click the Forgot Password link.
- Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
- Check your email inbox for a password reset message.
- Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
You can also update your password at any time from Account Settings > Security > Change Password.
Logging Out
To log out of your account:
- Click your email address at the bottom-left of the sidebar.
- Select Logout from the menu.
Access and Permissions
Your access level within Imprint Analytics is determined by the role assigned to your account:
- Member — Can view data, run surveys, and access results for your team.
- Admin — Full access including team management, billing, and settings.
If you are having trouble accessing certain features, contact your team administrator or use the Contact Support link in the left sidebar.
