The Dashboard is your home base in Imprint Analytics. It gives you a quick overview of your team's survey activity, open positions, and top profile matches — all in one place.
Dashboard Overview
When you log in and select your organization, the Dashboard displays four summary cards at the top:
- Surveys This Week — The number of survey responses received in the past 7 days, with a percentage change compared to the prior week.
- Open Invites — The number of survey invitations that have been sent but not yet completed.
- Open Positions — The number of job roles currently open and awaiting candidates.
- Total Contacts — The total number of contacts (participants) in your organization.
Recent Surveys
The Recent Surveys table shows the latest survey submissions from your contacts, including their name, the survey they completed, their assigned personality profile, and the submission date. Click View All to go to the full Survey Submissions page, or click any row to open that contact's profile.
Top Matches
The Top Matches panel shows candidates whose personality profiles best align with your open positions. This makes it easy to identify the right fit without having to manually compare each profile. If no positions are open or no matches exist yet, this panel will show "No matches for open positions."
Positions
Below the main panels, the Positions table lists all of your open job roles, their current status, any assigned candidate, and the date they were created. This gives you a quick glance at your hiring pipeline without leaving the dashboard.
Left Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar gives you access to the main sections of Imprint Analytics:
- Dashboard — Return to this overview page at any time
- My Organization — View and manage your organization's job roles and units
- Survey Submissions — Browse all survey responses and individual results
- Participants — Access your contacts by type: General, Candidates, or Employees
- Contact Support — Reach out to the Imprint Analytics support team
- Help Center — Access documentation and guides
Sending a Survey & Inviting Members
From the Dashboard, you can quickly:
- Click Send Survey to send a personality survey to one or more contacts
- Click Invite Member to add a new team member to your organization
Organization Switcher
At the top of the page, next to the Imprint Analytics logo, you'll see your current organization name (e.g., "Acme Corp"). Click the dropdown to switch between organizations if you belong to more than one. This is useful when managing multiple client accounts.
